Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Special arrangements for cleaning outside these hours may be possible upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
No, you do not need to be present during the cleaning service. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions (e.g., key drop-off, lockbox codes) so they can go about their day without interruption. We ensure all keys and access information are handled with utmost security and confidentiality. We will confirm arrangements beforehand to ensure a smooth process.
